Light, breathable layers · Swimsuit ×2 (one's always wet) · Reef-safe sunscreen · Water shoes for waterfalls · Journal + a pen you love · Bug spray & a headlamp · Small bills / local colones · Your mat stays home — we have them
Fly into San José the day before departure — the group shuttle leaves Monday morning, and the buffer night keeps travel delays from touching your retreat.
